Terms of use

These terms apply when you use nPauz, run by [Your name or company]. By using nPauz you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 to use nPauz. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.

What you post

Your messages, ratings, reviews and photos stay yours. You let us show them to the people they're meant for (your party, or everyone for reviews and place suggestions) and keep them as long as needed to run the app.

Please don't post anything that is:

• illegal, hateful, threatening or harassing;
• spam, advertising or misleading, including fake reviews;
• someone else's private information, or content you don't have the right to share.

We may remove content that breaks these rules and limit or close accounts that do.

Places

Place information comes from OpenStreetMap, Google, restaurants and other users. Opening hours, prices and menus can be out of date, so check before you go. We're not responsible for the places themselves.

AI features

AI suggestions, answers and order summaries are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them, especially before placing an order.

AI tokens

• Some AI features use tokens: each Ask AI uses one. New accounts get some free tokens.
• If an AI request fails, the token is given back automatically.
• Bought tokens don't expire, have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Prices include VAT. We may change prices for future purchases; tokens you already have keep working.
• Refunds: [your refund policy, and the legal right of withdrawal where it applies].
• Purchases in the iPhone or Android app are also subject to Apple's or Google's terms.

Availability

We work to keep nPauz running and improving, but it's provided as it is: features may change, and it may sometimes be unavailable.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by place information, AI answers or other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using nPauz at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [contact@email]. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the app when the change matters. These terms follow the law of [Country]. Questions? Write to [contact@email].
